THE IMPORTANT FIRST STEP IS A BRA-FITTING. Since 80% of women wear the wrong size bra, the logical starting point is finding an expert bra-fitting establishment. Once it's determined which bra size fits the best, only then you can feel the diffrence.

EVERY WOMAN'S SITUATION IS DIFFERENT. This requires an expert evaluation. Every procedure is not straightforward.  LINGERIE 4 U addresses each woman's special requirements individually. Please allow 10 to 30 minutes for a proper bra fitting. Every woman should have a bra fitting done once per year.

Shoulder Straps
Straps should be loose and comfortable. The weight of your breast should be supported by the band and cups. So if your straps are digging into your shoulders, you're wearing the wrong size.

Cups
Your breast should sit in the cup like a pocket. If you look from a side view it should be a seamless transition from your breast to the bra. If your breast tissue is spilling over the top of the bra it means that your cup is too small.

Under-wire
The under wire should sit directly under your breast. The under wire is the foundation for the cup of your bra. The under wire should sit just beyond the breast tissue giving you full support of your breast. If your wire is poking you in the side of your breast then your cup is too small.

Gore
The gore should sit firmly against your sternum touching your skin. This helps the band to continue to support your breast. If the gore isn't touching your sternum you need a bigger cup and or tighter band|

What is the best way to care for my bra?

Whenever possible, hand washes your bras. If you must wash in a machine, always place your bras in a mesh laundry bag and set the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Never put your bras in the dryer; always line dry.
